Universal Orlando visitors have a unusually useful planning split today: Halloween Horror Nights begins the final four-night stretch covered by one early-season pass, while two newly published dining guides add options across CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe.

Rush of Fear enters its final weekend tonight

Thursday, September 17, is an eligible Halloween Horror Nights date on Universal’s official multi-night ticket calendar. It also starts the last continuous run for the Rush of Fear Pass, which covers September 17, 18, 19 and 20 before its listed dates end. The Frequent Fear Pass is valid tonight and again Sunday, but its published calendar does not include Friday or Saturday this week. That distinction matters for anyone assuming every multi-night product works on every HHN night.

HHN is a separately ticketed event at Universal Studios Florida. Universal’s official event guide advises starting with houses toward the back of the park, where queues may build later than those near the entrance. Toothsome’s anniversary event is two days away

The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen will hold its 10th Anniversary Celebration at CityWalk on Saturday, September 19, from 3 to 6 p.m. Universal says the program includes a chocolate display, an interactive dipping station, a family-oriented chocolate-origins showcase, a themed photo booth and engraved chocolate coins.

The restaurant’s limited anniversary menu remains available through September 30. Because Saturday’s program is brief and Toothsome accepts reservations, visitors who want both the event and a table should treat dining time as a separate planning decision.

A new heritage-month menu spans the resort

Universal published its Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month dining lineup on September 15. The current offerings are spread widely: a Caribbean Crunch Roll at Cowfish and a churrasco platter at Antojitos in CityWalk; birria ramen at Lombard’s in Universal Studios Florida; shrimp-and-grouper moqueca at Mythos in Islands of Adventure; and specialty drinks at locations including CelesTiki in Epic Universe. The practical takeaway is that this is not a single-park food stop—check the venue before building it into the day.

Universal maps bread-cone options beyond Epic Universe

A separate official dining guide now gathers the resort’s bread-cone locations in one place. Hooligan’s Grog & Gruel in Epic Universe’s Isle of Berk serves three varieties, while Islands of Adventure has meatball marinara and chicken Alfredo versions at Pizza Predattoria plus a Buffalo-chicken mac-and-cheese cone at Circus McGurkus. It is a small update, but useful for groups deciding where to stop without crossing to another park.
