Six Flags Over Georgia’s fall calendar combines daytime family programming with nighttime Fright Fest through Nov. 1, but haunted mazes are not included with ordinary park admission.
The park’s official Fright Fest page says scare zones, live shows and rides are included with admission, while haunted mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass or a bundle that combines admission and maze access. Food, drinks and merchandise also cost extra.
Re-entry ends before the night is over
Six Flags states that re-entry is not permitted after 7 p.m. Guests leaving earlier must obtain a re-entry wristband before exiting and return through the designated gate. Wristbands are not issued within 90 minutes of the cutoff, so visitors should not plan a late dinner outside the park and expect to return.
Entry may also be restricted after a park-designated admission cutoff based on operations and crowd management. The practical approach is to arrive well before the evening program builds, especially when maze access or a scheduled show is the priority.
Costumes and identity-concealing makeup are prohibited
The same event policy bars costumes, costume masks, face coverings, special-effects makeup and clothing intended to conceal a guest’s identity. Bags and personal items are subject to screening, and Six Flags says its chaperone policy remains in effect.
The operator’s events calendar lists both Fright Fest and Tricks and Treats on select dates from Sept. 12 through Nov. 1. Tricks and Treats is the family-focused daytime option; Fright Fest is not recommended for children under 13.
The park’s main visitor page lists several 2026 haunted mazes and also directs families toward the daytime program before nighttime scares begin. Visitors should still check the date-specific operating calendar because event availability and park hours vary.
A sensible fall plan separates three products: base park admission, any required maze access and optional express upgrades. Buying a general ticket alone does not unlock the haunted houses, and leaving after the re-entry cutoff can end the visit early.
