Tuesday is a useful reset day for Central Florida park plans. The Halloween calendar is gone, holiday food begins appearing this week, Epic Universe has both an after-hours event and a short attraction closure ahead, and LEGOLAND Florida Resort has posted several November maintenance dates.

- Walt Disney World’s daytime holiday food rollout begins at select locations Friday, Nov. 6.
- Universal Nights returns to Epic Universe Friday, with early entry at 7 p.m.

Holiday food starts in stages — and the ticket type matters
Disney’s new Walt Disney World holiday food guide shows that the seasonal menu does not switch on everywhere at once. Some Disney Springs items are already available, while select daytime offerings begin Friday, Nov. 6; for example, Terra Treats at Animal Kingdom lists its holiday menu from Nov. 6 through Jan. 3. Other locations start later in November.
The practical distinction is between ordinary operating hours and separately ticketed nights. Disney Jollywood Nights begins Saturday, Nov. 7, and its event menu is tied to that ticketed Hollywood Studios program. Disney’s Very Merry Christmas Party guide likewise labels many items as party-only, while identifying a smaller number that are also sold during regular Magic Kingdom hours. Check the availability note for the specific item before building a park-day meal plan around it.
Universal Orlando
Epic Universe has a Friday night event and a Monday closure
The next Universal Nights is Friday, Nov. 6. Universal lists early park access from 7 p.m. and event hours from 9 p.m. to midnight. It is a separately ticketed, limited-capacity event, so a standard daytime Epic Universe ticket does not automatically include the night.
Guests planning next week should also remove one attraction from their schedule: Universal’s current closure calendar lists Fyre Drill at Epic Universe closed Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 9-10. The same calendar now marks Animal Actors On Location at Universal Studios Florida as permanently closed beginning today. Treat both listings as current planning constraints and recheck the operator calendar before traveling.

LEGOLAND and Peppa Pig have multiple maintenance windows
The resort’s official temporary-closure page lists Pirate River Quest and Battle of Bricksburg closed at LEGOLAND, with the latter starting Nov. 2. DUPLO Tractor and DUPLO Train are scheduled out through Nov. 11, while Technicycle is listed through Nov. 20. The LEGOLAND Water Park is closed for the season. At adjacent Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida, Peppa Pig’s Balloon Ride is scheduled to remain closed through Nov. 20. Families should check the list again before choosing which gate to prioritize.
SeaWorld passholders have a short Quick Queue window
SeaWorld’s November passholder update offers eligible active passholders one free, one-time Quick Queue through Sunday, Nov. 8; Penguin Trek and Expedition Odyssey are excluded. The reward must be printed at a self-service kiosk and remains subject to ride availability. The same official update says SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration begins Friday, Nov. 6, with the park scheduled to remain open until 9 p.m. that night. That makes Friday the stronger choice for passholders who want both the benefit and the opening holiday program.
