Valleyfair is selling its entry-level 2027 season pass for $85.99 while making an important limitation clear for fall visitors: Superior Shores Waterpark is closed for the rest of the 2026 season and will not reopen until 2027.
The timing matters because the park’s current 2027 Enchanted Hero Pass offer includes admission for the remainder of 2026, including ValleyScare. The $85.99 advertised starting price consists of an $85 base price and a 99-cent fee, before applicable taxes and other fees. The pass is valid at Valleyfair, includes free general parking and provides a 10% discount on food and retail.
That does not extend the waterpark’s operating calendar. Valleyfair says the newly renamed Superior Shores has completed its first season and will return in 2027. The included waterpark debuted this year with Lighthouse Landing, a tower combining three tube slides and a dual-mat racer, and Minnow Bay, a shallow family area with eight child-size slides and interactive water features.
For buyers deciding between a single fall visit and a pass, parking is part of the calculation. Valleyfair currently lists 2026 general parking at $20.99 online or $25 at the gate for one regular-size vehicle. Because the Hero Pass includes general parking, the practical comparison is not only admission price but also how many remaining 2026 and 2027 visits a household expects to make. Prices and availability can change, and the current pass page does not list an expiration date for the offer.
The higher-tier Enchanted Legend Pass starts at $139.99 before taxes and additional fees. Valleyfair says it works at all eight Enchanted Parks, includes free general parking, unlimited ValleyScare admission in 2026 and 2027, two bring-a-friend tickets and a 15% food-and-retail discount. It also includes a 2027 Pre-K Pass for children ages 3 through 5; proof of age is required, and the child’s pass must be processed by June 13, 2027.
The immediate takeaway is straightforward: a 2027 pass can be used for Valleyfair’s remaining 2026 operating dates, but it is not a route back into Superior Shores this fall. Families primarily interested in water attractions will need to wait for the 2027 reopening, while visitors planning dry-park return trips can weigh the Hero and Legend benefits against single-visit admission and parking.
