Frontier City will open its 2026 Fright Fest on Saturday, September 26, giving Oklahoma visitors a week to decide whether they need only park admission or the additional pass required for haunted mazes.

The [official event page](https://www.sixflags.com/frontiercity/events/fright-fest?ref=theamericanquorum.com) schedules Fright Fest for select nights through October 31 at the Oklahoma City park. Six Flags says the nighttime event is not recommended for children younger than 13, and every guest needs paid park admission regardless of age.

The most important ticket distinction is that regular admission does not include the haunted mazes. The operator currently lists a Fright Fest bundle with park admission and maze access starting at $59, while a stand-alone Haunted Attractions Pass starts at $20 and does not include park admission. Online processing fees of up to $9.99 and applicable taxes may be added, and pricing can change by date or availability.

Four mazes are listed for 2026: Cadaver Castle, Forgotten Freaks, Terror of Prosperity and Midnight Mausoleum. The event page also introduces Nightmare Mansion as a new attraction, though visitors should review the current listing when buying because individual attractions, operating times and availability can change.

Guests who do not buy maze access can still encounter the park's scare zones and scheduled entertainment. The published lineup includes Clown Town, Silent Night Slaughterhouse and Doll House scare zones, plus shows including Deadman's Party, Escape from Prosperity, Festival of Fright Parade and Proctor's Revenge. Six Flags directs visitors to its mobile app for showtimes and warns that schedules are subject to change.

For visitors comparing admission products, Frontier City's [daily-ticket page](https://www.sixflags.com/frontiercity/daily-tickets?ref=theamericanquorum.com) also lists a Fright Fest bundle starting at $59\. Its [2027 pass comparison](https://www.sixflags.com/frontiercity/season-passes?ref=theamericanquorum.com) says Gold passes include visits for the rest of 2026 and 2027 at Six Flags parks in Texas and Oklahoma, but buyers should verify whether their selected pass includes Fright Fest admission and whether maze access remains a separate add-on.

The practical plan is to choose a specific operating night before purchasing, budget separately for the mazes and confirm same-day hours and showtimes in the official app. Families with younger children should weigh the operator's under-13 advisory before arriving after dark.
