# Orlando Parks Sunday: Early Closures Shape Halloween Plans

Two major Orlando parks will close early Sunday, making today a day to plan the handoff from daytime touring to separately ticketed nighttime events. Magic Kingdom closes at 6 p.m., while Universal Studios Florida closes at 5 p.m. ahead of Halloween Horror Nights.

Those closures lead today’s regional briefing, along with the final valid night for Universal’s Rush of Fear pass, a new EPCOT concert run and the last EPCOT After Hours date of the year approaching Thursday.

Day guests should finish priority attractions early and allow extra time for the exit flow before 6 p.m.; guests heading elsewhere can compare the other parks before committing to a transfer.

Puerto Rican merengue group Grupo Manía begins a September 20–21 engagement at EPCOT’s Eat to the Beat Concert Series. The last EPCOT After Hours event of 2026 is Thursday, September 24\. ### Universal Studios Florida closes at 5 p.m.
